Just beat the game (good ending, very heartwarming) but realized something:

Andrew Ryan isn't dead.

The vita chambers are tuned to his genetic code, as per the recording Dr. Suchong makes. Thats why you can use them, since you're his son. But, they're tuned directly to him so if he dies, wouldn't he pop back in the closest one like you do?
