If it confuses you so much, Wiki or Google your time zone. The first thing you will see is, in nice big lettering, is the UTC offset of that time zone. Besides, had we posted the time in EST we'd have lots of people getting the time wrong because, somehow, the concept of daylight savings eludes many.
If someone on each team could message me via steam (I am thorgot), I can send you the server information to post on your community group or in your chat or whatever.
I created a bunch of dedicated channels for the TF2 tournament in the PA Ventrilo server. So everybody should be able to use Ventrilo for communication. Even if you don't have a microphone it's still useful.

I was eating. I was about to get on a few minutes ago, but the server wasn't there. :P
Plus, Steam doesn't allow you to start the game without the latest version. You can't "de-patch."
