Ok, this is an odd question that hopefully will have a very simple answer. I recently moved to Virginia and registered my car here. In Virginia they require plates on the front and back of the car while where my car was previously registered, they only required plates on the rear, so my car does not have a mounting bracket for a plate on the front. It's a '97 Saturn SC-2 if that helps.
Any idea how to go about getting a bracket and can it be installed myself? Or do I just by a fucking caulking gun and some duct-tape?
Virtually *any* car shop (and even Walmart) will carry a kit for this, and it should be $10 or less. It's easy to do (if you own a drill and two working hands), and will make sure your license plate doesn't fall off and end up in somebody's windshield. I think it took me all of eight minutes to install mine.
Cool, thanks for the quick replies looks like i can pick one up at lunch tomorrow and get one of the facilities crew at work to help me put it on tomorrow (I don't own a drill myself).
