I'll be starting this a little early to try to minimize the chance that the game is interrupted by new baby.
So, what will you be getting yourselves into? Still working that out. Here are the basics though:
Enter two internet forums: Phallus Arcade, and Something Phallic. They're friendly rivals, and they know of each other, and sometimes their memberships even overlap. They yammer about things of great import or - more frequently - things of no import. Hell, sometimes they talk about things of negative import. But they get on getting on, and all has been well.
Until now.
Mwa ha ha.
And shit.
There are vile, sneaky bastards in the midst of these peaceful communities. Bastards who think the height of hilarity is to spam the threads with goatse. Membership has been declining as the goatse menace becomes more prolific, and something must be done.
Can the leadership in each community root out the perpetrators before their forum collapses? Or will the goatse'ers win, and move on to other, more innocent forums? Duh duh duuuuuuuh.
There will be 50 sign-up slots. I'll do the pick-a-number thing, and fill in the names as people sign up. Each number will have assigned to it a role and a forum - half the people will begin as members of Phallus Arcade, the other half as a members of Something Phallic.
The start date will be October 1. If I have a new kid between now and Oct. 1, the game will postponed, but I don't think that's likely.
