I think its a combination of the back and forth between him and House which is both funny and interesting, but also his position as 'the only guy who 'gets' House'. He does see right through the whole thing which I find incredibly interesting.
I also love that Wilson isn't at all perfect given his track record with ex-wives and such. He's a nice guy, very ethical doctor most of the time, but he just can't get enough dat azz. Good stuff.
Centipede, I hate you and don't even know you. Wilson does act surprised when he shouldn't sometimes but all of his payback moments are fucking awesome. The sawing of the cane, the kidnapping of the guitar, all making House think he banged Cuddy, etc. There's a lot to love about Wilson, man.

I like Wilson. I didn't before, but grew on me. Him and House make for the most spectacular chatter.
I'm glad Amber, (Cutthroat Bitch) was fired. You expected her to come far even though you didn't like her, and that's exactly what happened. She just struck me as kind of flat. I imagine she wouldn't have been too interesting once you took away the whole competition aspect.
13 is cool. After hearing Cuddy call her 'the doctor who cared', I became a bit worried, what if it was just another Cameron? But nah, aside from that comment she didn't seem too much the type.
I wanted Kumar (Kutner?) to get far from the beginning - and he did. What a champ. As for Talb ... I always liked him, he's got this past, see?, and the way him and House have interacted so far is nothing short of interesting.
My prediction for the new season: AWESOME

Talb gets to stay because he's the first character on the show who looks like a real doctor.
Wilson is awesome, but the shouting match was a little higher in volume than I would have liked this episode. Kind of thought Wilson was gonna EXPLODE or something when yapping away.
Also I was disappointed House didn't make a single reference to what he found out about 13 last episode. =\ Kind of seems anti-climatic, I mean it's
