The expression in the last panel reflecting off the glass is pretty good too
Yeah, the "haha gabe in panel 2 is hilarious" when there is no Gabe in panel 2 shit is old as hell, and not funny.
However, tycho's facial expression the the last panel is key to this comic, and is funny. Removing his reflection would deny us critical information. Did he know there was a parade going on? Or did he just open his blinds and finally witness the festivities? Is he happy? Is he surprised? Upset?
From his reflection we know that he knew the parade was going on, we know that he is upset with and lying to Gabe, and we know that he is very, terribly disappointed in Canada.
