BBCode & [url] Disabled

Some bbcode is not going to work for a little bit. It is in response to an outstanding security hole in phpBB. Normally I let things like this slide, but it has been out for several days. If I had more time I would patch it myself.
So, if you want to use the [url] BBCode, then you have to call it like so :
[/url] 
[url=http://www.google.com]Google![/url]
Not 
[url=www.google.com]Google![/url]

It should only be like this until at latest Thursday, when I finish my finals and I'll be able to spend some more time on code.

    You forgot the http, alpha.

    Also, isn't this a simple 2 line fix? Even with all the little hacks to the phpBB base you've done, I can't imagine this patch taking more than 5 minutes to apply.

    Yeah, this hasn't been patched by the phpBB group. I waited several days and I finally decided to just put in a work around.

    Also, and I'm guessing this is related, if I put a URL at the end of a sentence, it breaks it (because of the last period). I don't think it did this before.
