Are you sure that's a troll head hanging from the bear? It looks more like an elf..
But otherwise yea, that's a pretty awesome mount.
Yeah, kinda shrunken and all... but no tusks! Although they could have removed the tusks and sold them to goblins or something. But could be an elf, as well. Blood elf, given the location of ZA.
Also basically anytime someone mentions seeing something awesome and doesn't post a screenshot it's probably because there's constantly updated screenshots of things on www.mmo-champion.com, so I usually don't bother reposting.
Here's something that hasn't been addressed AFAIK, what's going on with the talent trees with WotLK?
Are we getting a whole other tier or will we have 10 more points to put wherever the hell we want? I can think of some pretty insane talent specs that would be possible with 10 more points.
Maybe we'll find out what really happened at shady rest inn...
Besides that quest line, are there any alliance quests out in dustwallow marsh? I know the horde gets a few ones involving onyxia & the ogres (that got thankfully nerfed back in ancient history), but I don't see very many alliance people around there.

There are a couple of quests in Theramore, and that lady who people get sent to at 40ish for some ZF quest.
Sorry, I'm not on patch server -- I grabbed that link from another board. But so help me, I'm liable to break my usual "no beta testing" rule for this one just so I can get info on this, the cooking quests, and the guild bank.
I want to get my epic flying mount. From what I understand, I'll be earning most of my money from daily quests. Which dailies should I be doing? And assuming I have 0 gold, (which isn't far from the truth) about how long would it take?

Well, half your dailys aren't opened up until you get your epic. Prior to that there's only 5 you can do (6 after honored with Ogri'la) so about 50-60G a day. You do the math.
If you've cleared all the quests in outlands, you might be best off farming primals. I usually try to leave BEM/Netherstorm/SMV untouched on my way to 70. Finishing those zones at 70 nets you AROUND 3-4k depending on your luck with drops. Easily getting you real close to an epic. If you do your dailys while you're questing you should have enough cash when you're done. Then you open up Netherwing stuff and focus on that for extra cash and rep that you can use towards alts.

Yeah if the copy character thing weren't perpetuall "LOL BUSY" then I would have already hopped on to check out the cooking quests.

This is how I go anyway.
Ok, so I'm not really familiar with what the different daily quests are, as I've never done them aside from taking the pvp zones in hellfire. I still have most of the netherstorm/smv quests available. And I should be honored with Ogrila fairly soon. Would I be able to look up the available dailies on wowhead?
So wait. 2.3 PTR's out? Then why does the site download 2.2.3?
And what the hell is wrong with them? 2k gold for a goddamned mount. I may have alot of throwing around money, but I'm not crazy. Jesus.
I'll probably never put in the effort to get a drake or ray. 2k gold is a lot easier to come by, without repeating quests for weeks on end.
Wha? The method by which you should be getting the gold is daily quests, supplemented with whatever else. Ogri'la quests are easy enough, but Skyguard? That's right about Shattrath, and takes all of 5 minutes, and I think you can reach exalted in a month or a month and a half.
Now the Nether Drakes, fuck those dudes.
So I should be getting gold by doing daily quests? Like, what. Since when was earning gold limited to one particular area of the game.
I find daily quests boring. I don't do them. I make money elsewhere. Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but I'm going to have 2000 gold without any problem, without doing daily quests.

It sounds like you'd like a ray, otherwise you wouldn't have said you wouldn't bother because of the effort, and my point is that it's about as low effort as you can possibly get in the entire game, while making money on the side.

Medo, bit of an update for you. Follow this link and keep reading. Griftah starts the intro quest to Zul-Aman, reward is a 20-slot bag. Includes meeting a guy named Budd Nedreck and an archaeologist named Harrison Jones...

My point was that, as far as flavour mounts go, I see getting 2000 gold together as a more attractive task than grinding rep. I'm sure there are people that disagree. Which is fortunate, because there's no actual need to get either. I think it's fantastic that they're offering a flavour mount which you can get without "lol do these 5 quests 50 times".

Especially since its a few more than 50 times.
But really, the main cost comes from training the riding skill. Once you have that, the rest is just icing on the cake.
Because getting to exalted with CE is easier than doing dailies, right?
Don't get me wrong I get what you're saying, you don't enjoy dailies, you enjoy the other shit. But it's not like exalted with CE is any less of a time sink.

Maybe so. But that's something I've already done. And it carries other benefits which make it worth grinding alone.
Wow I could not raid drunk. I can barely do Simon Says. I can however kick Shartuul's ass.
Also Septus wtf happened to your avvy?
CAKE YEAH
I remember trying to run Blackrock Depths once while drunk.
Ok a few times.
I was sitting there spamming Fireball on the fire elementals (which are fire immune) and repeatedly Polymorphing a boss while everyone else was trying to DPS him.
Needless to say, the next day when I sobered up I whispered everyone who I grouped with that night and apologized profusely.
I used to raid while quite drunk, very often. It didn't noticeably affect my play. But I had a tendency to get quite belligerent, which was sometimes funny, and sometimes... probably not so funny.

It's getting a new quest hub.

Mostly Dustwallow is dead for Alliance though.
Maybe Tabetha will get her own FP soon, too...
Ooooh. Hopefully that wraps up the Private Hendel and Shady Rest Inn storylines.
I want Mr. Smite to be the guilty partly so badly
Griftah is back at his stall in Shat City.
And he has a quest.
SS of quest text plzzzzz

A few more than 50 times, but only one quest at a time, and probably a 5 minute time sink for people in Shattrath.

What we've found thus far. The recipes are rewards from the new cooking dailies.

Did they fix Shartoolbox yet, or is Death Blast still not healing?
