Hi there folks! I have been reading and looking at other peoples' works here for ages; I thought it time to post something of my own.

I won't waste much time with long introduction and such - so here goes. My first image post ever.

TouchGoodnight.jpg

This was done with Photoshop and a Wacom Tablet. I used a my girlfriend's and my hand in that position as reference. Let me know what you think.

P.S. Oh, and let me know if this image is too big.

P.P.S. The main thing that I am currently practising is web design. I have some examples. Let me know if that is something you guys would like to see.

Life appears better through the bottom of a green liquor bottle.

I really like this. That's a nice delicate texture.

I'm having problems focusing on it the longer I look, though. It seems a bit smudgy. It almost looks like the hands and the background (silk?) are merging together.

The bottom hand is the only one that appears to have depth.

They both seem pretty flat to me, actually.

everything seems very very fuzzy. i think you might want to get hard edges in there. everything just sort of blends together, especially the fingernails. It's a nice start though, and way better than my first digital attempt!
