Looking for the name of an old Saturday/Sunday morning cartoon.(SOLVED)

So, i am going through a little nostalga kick atm. I have this show in mind, and I cannot rememebr the name of it. Even if it cant be found anywhere, i just need the name or it will drive me crazy! :P
So, description: Mid 90's, i think. Team of government/military operatives. Each one being abducted by a different alien race, and experimented on. The result being each had been given a "superpower". The only one i really can rememebre is the one guy who was supposed to be the stereotypical "Strong-Dumb-Guy-But-Missunderstood". He had lost his arms earlier in some conflict or accident. The aliens gave him new arms that he could turn into a variety of substances. The purpose of this team was to stop the standard alien attack of the week.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
