I feel the same way. When I first heard each of the Firefly people talk, I knew it was them immediately. And I was specifically listening for this line. And it doesn't sound like him at all.
im not getting an achievement for the Blind skull.. any ideas why? Im in co-op with a friend of mine.
Blind is one of the silver skulls, which have no multipliers for Campaign Scoring, and no achievements for finding them.
But they do get "found" right? don't you have to find all the skulls to get the armor?
Yeah, it unlocks it even though you don't get an achievements. One of my minor complaints with the game though is a lack of unlock messages, anytime you find a skull or unlock new armor, it doesn't tell you.
well i took the first step on my "15k on every mission" campaign. Scored over 20k on Heroic with a few skulls turned on on Sierra 117, and even that was hard work at times. I believe i might worry more about the other missions
I know, I have about 6 skulls right now and for the silver I was wondering if it did anything. At least you can save and quit and check the status after.

This isn't directed at anyone here so don't take it personally but I just don't like the Hayabusa armor.
None of it fits in with the theme of the game very well for me, don't know why I just don't like it. Though after I'm done with everything I'll still probably get around to getting the last 3 silver skulls.
Does anyone think it's weird that in a game where you're running around with fully automatic assault rifles, shotguns and sniper rifles, 80% of everyone's kills come from using the butt of those guns to beat someone down?
I guess I feel like bullets should do more damage.

Has anybody found the Mongoose on the last part of the final level? It's off to the left right after the snowy part of the level ends. You can mess up the Halo plot with it. All you have to do is drive the warthog out into nothing (taking down the Arbiter) and then ride into the Dawn on the Mongoose. The cinematics don't change, I just found it amusing.

You're a genetically engineered super-soldier whose bones have been reinforced, muscles strengthened, and reflexes honed. Normal people destroy their arms if they put the MJOLNIR armor on and try to wave.
You better believe your punches hurt more than bullets.

Idea is based off Rocket Race.
Get as many teams of 2 as you can muster. The Joust-Trap version of Sandtrap has lots of long straights marked out with explosives and barrels. Default weapons are Gravity Hammer and Energy Sword. Teams get on the mongooses and charge each other. The passenger uses B to lash out with their melee weapon of choice or pulls L to throw grenades to try to "joust" opposing teams off their mongoose.
A little bit of trust is required (killing people when you're not aboard a mongoose is illegal, and there's no way to give people infinite health when they're off a mongoose), but it so far has the makings of a fucking hilarious mode to play.
If anyone knows how to make people invincible when not on a mongoose, do tell me.

I had that idea but never got around to trying it.. I also wanted to try it with sniper rifles and spartan lasers, although lasers would end quickly.
I grabbed it off your fileshare a couple of hours ago, didn't get to try it though. If i can, i'll do so tomorrow or friday night, and report back (unless you're in the same game, in which case i'll give feedback).
For some reason I don't seem to be getting some of the achievments I nail in online games. All I want are my achievments/armor so I can stop playing FFA.
Seriously, as gorgeous as the Chief and the Elites are, they could've taken a layer of realism off the facial animations of the humans, and made them so much better.
I'm going to be logging on in about a half hour. I'd like to do a Legendary run starting at Tsavo Highway. I'm open to any suggestions for skull combos. Look forward to seeing everyone in game.

So I released yet ANOTHER Normandy version, cause in the last rounds the teams found another way to the capture point which I totally forgot about.
I am glad though that my map seems to be a success so far cause everyone is having a blast while playing it.

Yeah, sorry for blowing up like that. Like I said, not against you. But people are seriously mangling that line. The entire sequence went like this.
Tank beats Ghost.
Then a pair of Hunters show up.
Tank beats Hunter.
Then finally a Phantom is dropping off a squad.
Tank beats everything.
No Wraith at all. So I dunno where people were getting that.
