Pastorius hasn't done snow barrel blast yet so no. I'll add the DKC1 videos once he gets past that and I'll add the DKC2 one when Ohtsam gets through Kremland. I'd like to keep a 2 world buffer going, even though I added the DKC2 video Pastorius made before Ohtsam did Krem Quay. I wasn't thinking straight.

Seriously though: I watched your DKC2 video... that's why I just had to make my own in response (first time you found the Squawk's warp... lol ). I was already planning on doing one, but you beat me to it and got it in the OP. Too bad you can't flag a video as a response with Google Video like you can with YouTube. I thought I could at least get mine up there, but I guess Ohtsam is going to hold that up. STOP HOLDING HIM UP!
Watching all the videos again, I noticed a significant lack of bottomless pits in DKC3 which was Pastorius and Ohtsam's major life muncher. Maybe that's why Gilder chose DKC3. ;-) Nice World 3, regardless.
Although later on, the "gimmicks" kind of become harder to go through than avoiding falling to death.
Downloading the video doesn't seem to make me hear the music any louder, but I can still hear it with my headphones. Hearing the comments is more entertaining than listening to music, though.
Yeah there aren't a lot of bottomless pits but there's a ton of bees and stuff. It's either bees in annoying positions or molten metal right below me. The cliff levels have lots of pits though I think.
Odd about the sound though. Maybe it's just the player I use because when I downloaded it I could hear the music perfectly.

the fact taht I've killed k. rool as far as anyone knows yet I still can't get a free ride is fairly ridiculous. I really should just do the lost world as I go along, instead of having to fly all over the place at the end.

Also I've just recorded world 4 but it's doing something weird now and last time it did this was when I did my mario 64 video that screwed up. I'll update if it's successful. If it's not, I will be crying a lot because it means I have to do world 4 again and my run was almost perfect. I only died once.

Alright guys I re-filmed world 4. If I were you, I'd not look forward to it. I was out of stuff to say and just ending up going Bebopdoobitybopschabopalop almost the whole video. I found a lot of bonuses though and I shaved about 7 minutes off my time, even though I did a lot more. So yeah. World 5 will be MUCH better. Hopefully.

Out of things to say but I did get kind of angry in the first level with the waterfalls because I kept dying due to Rare being assholes and not letting me OUT of the waterfall, which did not happen in my first video.
Everyone I just wanted you all to know that due to Pastorius not making a video today, I was forced to make an intermission video. An intermission video of Pink Panther. Yes. It is uploading now. And it is quite possibly the greatest achievement I have done. I laugh, I cry, I cry, I cry, and I end a nightmare that has haunted me since I was but a wee lad.
Also I think that with this video, Ohtsam and Pastorius must also track down a copy of this terrible game and record their own videos. We've all gone through 3 worlds, it's time for a break. Ohtsam should do the fridge and Pastorius should do.... something not the fridge or Pinkin Hood. It will be magnificent.
Hahaha, no it's much worse. It's Pinkin Hood. That level is the most confusing and horrible level ever made. I have an emotional breakdown about 3 minutes in and it continues for another 20.
Mad as in crazy, probably, although I have to say that be it a blessing or a curse, you have some of the funniest meltdowns I've ever heard in an LP. Your rant after the final fortress in SMB3 (during the subsequent tank level) is one of the funniest damn things I've ever heard.

I feel I've been challenged to 102% by tomorrow night. which is somewhat pathetic since I'm cheating. I plan to do it tonight unless I hit a snag, but I'll report when I get it or any big milestones.
(cheating = looking up where barrels are... it's still not that easy but obviously it's a thousand times easier than hunting them myself)
Until you play it, you just don't know how painful it is. The controls are just so AWFUL. It feels like you're walking in crisco sandals or something. I couldn't even jump on the castle walls because I just kept sliding off.
That might have helped a bit. I wouldn't have had to climb all those trees on the western side again and again. It wouldn't save me from that damn hawk though.
I also noticed that you were somehow getting hit every time you jumped on the inspector. There was no indicator of why, but somewhere along the way you'd lose your hat almost every time.

Dang Ohtsam. I watched World 3. That seemed...pretty bad for you.
I feel like I could give you a few tips, as there one or two techniques that you don't yet seem to know how to use. But no one else seems to have mentioned them yet, so maybe we're all just being sadistic dicks and watching you struggle for our own twisted enjoyment?
