Not enough contrast between the foreground and the background, also the lighting is inconsistent with the soldier and the background and the jet. The jet is pretty out of place. The soldier also looks like plastic. Sorry
Now that Keyra mentions it, the lighting on the soldier is actually pretty inconsistent, but the ground beneath him looks as out of place as he does so it kind of ties in anyhow.
You could remove the jet and make the background fit to the foreground a little better and that'd improve matters.

Gun placement to me is off a little. Looks small and somewhat at a side view then at a more 3/4 view.

I think the actual background is a photo but I thought the soldier looked like a 3d model... I dunno though.
