Black Dashes when watching any video type.

Whenever I go to watch any clip, movie, video, be it avi, divx, or whatever, I get these black dashes across the entire video. They are like a pattern that repeat, and this makes it very annoying to watch the video.

Any online media though, works just fine, like youtube.

Any thoughts? What kind of information would you need to be able to solve this problem?

    Have you tried reinstalling the programs in which you use to watch these videos and and graphic drivers ECT
