Odd speaker problem with pocket pc phone

I have an Eten glofiish M700 running Windows Mobile 5, and I just ran into an odd problem today. For some reason, all the sounds that used to come out of the big speaker on the back (everything except phone conversations) now come out of the tiny speaker in the front, normally used only when making a phone call. I know that the big speaker still works, because I can get sound to come out of it if I make a phone call and select "speakerphone." I also know that it doesn't think I have headphones plugged in, because both speakers turn off when I plug them in. It just seems that something (probably a very buggy alarm program that I'm going to uninstall) switched the device to "tiny speaker mode" and never switched it back.

Has anyone had this problem before? Any ideas on how to fix it?
