Flash question about audio

I have a flash file that contains 54 different audio files, used as a soundtrack for the file. Most of the files contain narration. I'm being given replacement files for these audio files, some of which may be longer and some that may be shorter than the current files. What is the quickest way to adjust the flash file to account for the longer length? Can I just add additional frames? Is there some other trick to doing it?

If its just an animation adding frames should be fine. If there is any scripting involved things may be a lot more complicated. There are so many ways of doing the same thing in flash that there isn't really one correct answer to your question, as it depends how the file is set up.

Thanks for the advice. The job was delayed by a week so I have a bit more time to research.
