DVD ripping software for my dad

Hi all,

I am trying to find some good dvd ripping/converting software. However, it has to be as easy to use as possible, as my dad will be the one using the software, and I dont' want to have to do all the work for him.

I want to be able to rip and convert a DVD to a playable format, preferablly mpeg2(he has XP Media Center, so mpeg 2 would allow it to play in media center easily), but divx or xvid would work. and I need this to happen with as few clicks, or as little work as possible, again, because my dad will be doing it. Also, free would be preferred, but if there's an application that's really good that costs $20-$30 that's fine.

Techincally two programs, but it's easy and free:
    Download DVD Decrypter
Then use the following program to make it into Divx or Xvid (I don't remember if it does Mpeg).
    Videroa iPod Converter

dvd decrpyter is actually what I use myself, and while that's easy, I'm looking for an all in one peice of software.

If I have to run 2 programs, i can, but i really would like to avoid that.

no, because he will be using DVD's that he already owns. You are allowed to make copies under the fair use act.

Also, I live in Canada, so I don't have to worry about any DMCA bullshit.
