I just resubscribed. I hate myself.

I did so because I am hoping patch 2.3 will fix a lot of my issues.

Maybe this will make me happy.

I heard a story of a time when fishing actually made you money because fish sold for more than 1c. Then it was nerfed into oblivion.

I need to get at least one of my characters to 300+ fishing. My warrior is at the point where she needs to make fish sticks to advance.

Yah, for the lower level fish vendoring it isn't going to get you rich quickly. But for fish in the outland, you can cook them and sell them for more then the lure cost you.

Or you can get lucky and catch one of the grey text Vendorfish, that Vendor for a few gold.

    My Exciting Yesterday:

Sad: Heroic Slave Pens run from hell. I mean, "Should have faked a DC" bad. Got some rep though.

Happy: Regular Mechnaar run I healed on my Feral Druid. Happy because there was this Hunter who like to Multi- Shot the sheep. I let him die, then told him to shove it when he tried to wait for a rez. My vengence is complete!

Happier: No longer having the stomach for a Heroic, last night I gathered an awesomsauce group of guildies and decimated every living thing in a SV instance, Rep, get! 500 from Exalted at that point.
I "tanked" most of it in cat form. Heh.

Happiest: Checking Wowwiki and finding that there were 3 quests in Netherstorm I hadn't done that gave 250 CE rep each. Earthwarden, get!!!

Sad again: Finding out of all the people in the guild, my main is the only one who can enchant +35 Agi to two-hander. Damn you Blizz, change Enchanting already!!!

So, I guess the new thread is for real this time?

Happy: my PvP-server alt has hit 18, so far without any gankage. /knocks on wood

I'm curious as to how far she can go without having to kill somebody :P

Hope: I'm still torn on her build (priest). My plan was to just wet her feet in Shadow -- enough to get the 11pt talent for grinding -- and then go the rest of her way in Disc/Holy to allow her to instance grind with ease. But the more I play her, the more I want to go all shadow like I did my priest alt on the RP server my main is on.

Meh, whenever I quit, I realise that there aren't any other games to play, since apparently single player RPGs are a dead genre. And while I like Oblivion, there's only so much you can do and its nearly 2 years old now.

I normally try to stick to a strict regimen of not levelling alts unless they have rested bonus, but I've wavered from that. The call of having an actual mount (as opposed to ghost wolf) for my shaman is just too great. Got to 35 on Rested on Tuesday, 36 last night with 1/2 rested, and will probably push to 37 tonight. I figure I'll shoot for 40 on Saturday, get the mount, and then park her for a week and a half. The mid 30's are 'meh', but the 40-50 grind is rough, so I don't mind giving 2.3 a little more time to come out.

I'm well past the point at which it'll help me greatly, but I would like to shave some time off this last climb.

That said, the sooner she can get into the mid 60's and begin farming motes of fire / netherweave cloth / netherweb spider silk for a variety of projects, the better.

I rarely grind for grinding's sake, but if I can grind exp AND farm for something I want, I'm in for the long haul.

I made "core" in my raidguild after 3 weeks of WoW. On sunday, Illidari council probably will die (we've had 3 tries only so far, 1 of which was a botched pull and the other 2 with only 7 healers), so by the end of the week, I may meet mr.
