PS3 compared to Xbox 360/Wii - a marketing view

Hey guys, I'm a long time fan of Penny Arcade but a first time poster.
I'm actually posting because I have a marketing project at school called "Save the PS3!".
The goal is to figure out some kind of marketing campaign that would help the PS3 rise from the ashes I suppose. After some basic research it seems that the PS3 is only really losing badly to MS in the North American market, but doing very well in Japan. Of course both those systems are no match for the Wii currently. Basically I've come up with these reasons so far for this occuring:
- Late Launch
- Price
- Games are so-so
- no vibrating controller (yet)
- No exclusive titles (not quite sure, i think MGS is still only PS3 right?)
So I was just wondering if you guys had any ideas I could use, or maybe other reason for the lack of sales of PS3s.
