Do you mean mark as in report to the mods?
Use the PM function. There's a link on the top right called "who is online" that gives you a list of all the people currently browsing the boards. The mods and admins are on the top. Send a link to the offending thread and a short description to one of the the mods responsible for the forum the infraction occurred in. Or anyone online if it's particularly heinous and needs immediate action.
