Hey Office Wizards!
Whenever I make a new appointment in Outlook's Calendar, the body (window) of the appointment is blank as standard.
I would like it to have an already formatted table so I can print it out as a job card when the appointment is being carried out.
I was hoping it'd be as simple as making default templates in Word, but it's not.
Anyone know how?

It's more complicated than a Mail template, but I've done similar before.
