Hey guys- if you didn't see the newspost from Tycho, the Thickets ended up cancelling at the last minute. Bummer, yes, but no worries- The Videogame Pianist, Optimus Rhyme and the Neskimos will still be in full effect.

    i'm not crazy about the video game pianist. he did a terrible job at videgames live,

    but then maybe it was the whole concert that sucked and he was jsut suckign through association

    it was a terrible terrible terrile show. poorly organized, a lot of glitz and glam with all poor execution. the games they chose to do live the stage show of were silly (tron for example) and poorly executed (like when solid snake didn't so much zip down the zipline but kind of sag his way down). A lot of the music wasn't well arranged either.

    and the nepotistic opera where the wife of one of the organizers and her friend sang music from final fantasy was gutwrenchingly painful to listen to.

    all in all it was just bad and I was thankfull I only paid for a cheap seat.

    I can't picture the pianist being bad, his videos are the hotness.

    No shit? Cause I heard him at E3 in the Brady Games booth and he kicked the crap out of all that is awesome. He is really good, VGL must have just been a bad day.
