Complain to Your ISP

Long story short:

Before:

I ran speed test, and got 300 kbs download, 126 kbs upload.

Then, I complain to ATT. Call them, harrass them for 5 minutes. They say they will call back.

Now, at 1 am, i check, and im getting:

1200 kbs download, 300 upload.

I can't stress this enough, it took 5 minutes on a support line.

    no offense, but i think there is a rule against giving advice where its not asked or whatever. and really you could just say "directly contact the company who's providing you with a service not up to par to what is advertised"

    Hey, how 'bout people who aren't mods don't pretend to be since they have a report button for when they see something they think is agaisnt the rules?
