Need to find a Total Upload/Download tracker for OS X

At my college, the school internet service has a 2.0 Gigabyte upload/Download "ceiling". You go over it, and they shut off your internet.

I recently had a run in with this. i've been using Transmission for OS X as it seemed to be the only program that I could get a half decent DL going with, and I didn't like the idea of Using Azerus at first.

So last Thursday a new release came out, and now my Download and Upload capacity is through the roof. I'm talking 100%-300% imrovement. But this also means I'm eating through my 2 Gigs rather quickly. Turns out not only with a bunch of DL'ing I did Thur due to the release of an open source project and some old Freeware ports, I ended up using 5 Gigs. Yeah. Considering how High my Upload was going, I figure that's the cause.

So I've canned my Upload down to a very pathetic 10 k, but I'm still paranoid about how quickly I'll burn through my "allotment." Do you know of any program for OS X I can use to monitor how much I've uploaded/ Downloaded in a 24 hour period? I'd rather not factor in the DL rate on a torrent and then do the math to figure out how long I can run it everytime I find stuff on the internet. Thanks.
