I have three different Electrodes with Hidden Power Ice. I think one of my shiny Voltorbs has HP Ice, too. My Jolteon and Espeon also have useful Hidden Powers. It's annoying, but I don't mind it as much as most people.
Breeding for the Eeveelutions was interesting, because they both wanted the same nature and egg moves. So I basically decided which one became Jolteon and which became Espeon based on their Hidden Powers.
Getting a decent strength is the hard part. My Electrodes suck in that regard, but both of my Eevees' have a HP power above 65 (69 for Espeon).
Hmmmm, after examing his movepool, I have some crazy-outside-of-the-box-out-in-leftfield ideas. I just dont know if I want to try it since it would take a bit of effort to set up.

If you got lucky with the sleep hax, you could potentially set up breloom as a physical wall that can knock the shit out of you.
I think my breloom is spore/mach punch/focus punch/sub, maybe sometimes replacing sub with leech seed. (I only use shoddy, due to lack of wireless net)
so I've been slacking guys and am just getting to the E4 now but rest assured by the end of the day I'll have the nat dex and whatnot. Oh and then giggles will be had when you see what I'm planning for my gym challenging teams...

Well, for starters, Magmortar is probably crying somewhere in a corner for not being selected as Fire Man, but that wouldn't really solve anything.
Anyway, for something that is themed after robots, there's a distinct lack of a Steel type. Scizor looks a lot like Cutman or MetalMan. Magnet Man is basically Magnezone, but that leaves a nasty ground weak. Gengar (Shadow Man), Flygon (Toad Man) or Gliscor (Snake Man) are able to solve that.
I dunno, but I bet everything has the potential to be a robot master with enough imagination.

Gliscor can't be Snakeman, it's not identical enough. Arbok or Seviper maybe, just maybe. But they lack a human shape to go with the name. If it's something that can learn Swift, the better. Gengar can't be Shadowman. Other than its name, it looks nothing like a Ninja, and Scyther would be better for that job.

I believe Sir Red has actually managed to get the fire and ice badges recently, but personally i've sent those gyms two pms each (a few days apart) and I never received any reply. I don't know how Sir Red got to them.
The ground gym hasn't replied to me either, and I didn't bother pm'ing the poison gym.
If you do start reassigning gyms, i'd like to express my interest in taking the ground gym.

Well the rule is challenge the gym you want to take over with the pokemon you would use as your gym team. I challenged Avicus for the poison gym already. If he doesn't respond by Saturday, I'm taking over the gym due to inactivity on his part.

He's possibly busy with college or something right now, but he was on this morning, so he hasn't completely vanished like Avicus. Whippy on the other hand was a pain to track down, as he logs the oddest hours. I think I managed to get a hold of him last Tuesday at around 8:30pm for our first match, which my WiFi disconnected me on, forcing me to wait until 12:30am Saturday for a proper match.
Anyway, yea, please find a way to deal with poison and ground gyms so I can complete my badge set. Possibly set up some sort of test for the position, or have people make a gym set and get other gym leaders to vote on it or something.
Well, you only need 8 badges to go to the Elite 4, and I think someone has "challenged" Avicus to the poison gym, so in a few days it should be forfeit anyway and you can at least get enough badges for the E4.
Still pretty shitty that we don't have any prospective ground gym leaders, though. It's not like ground is a shitty element to work with by any stretch of the imagination. I'd work on a ground gym team, but I'm already ass-deep in my training efforts for my gimmick team.
