I think im gonna abuse the hardsuit and use it on most of my characters
I've got, like, 4 power armor characters right now, or ones with an armor costume (5 when one hits 20) and I'm probably going to find a way to use it on all of them. I might reroll my rusted old Soviet character as something more badass so I can really play around with it.
Edit: Depending on your concept, pools like Medicine, Leadership or Recall Friend are great slot-fillers. KB IOs cost money but you can always earn more, harder to get more power choices.

I think it's best to plan for SOs, then when you get to your mid-high 40s, respec for IOs. Some otherwise weak powers might want more slots then so you can use certain sets, and 2 50 IOs are almost as good as 3 SOs, so some slots can be cut.
The only early IO planning I might do is for KB and Stealth, as IOs can completely replace pool powers pretty much.

How much money do they cost......I think if when I last looked at Herostats earlier today it said I had 9 million to screw around with, is that enough?
EDIT 9.1 million if it read the info off Phantom right, not counting my concept tanker or blaster I messed around with before I stopped playing, so maybe 9.5 million.
A couple million each, maybe cheaper villain side. 9 should cover it...note that there's 4 different stealth IOs, you've got jump and run powers, jump is usually cheaper. There might be 2 or 3 kinds of KB IO but I think they all go into defense powers.
Now for the knockback (I assume you mean knockback when you say KB), is it a knockback or a knockdown? I don't want to be swatting all that fodder away with the 10 foot range on my aura.

No, we're talking about an alternative to Acrobatics, it protects you from knockback/down. 1 IO is pretty decent, 2 will get you through most anything I'd think.
People keep coming up with ways to unlock the costumes (it must be a vet reward! it must be salvage! it must be winter event!) but the devs have said a couple times that they will be open to everyone always immediatly.

Oh really? That's awesome. Last I heard of it is back before I left last time. They had only datamined the jester outfit and there was no word on where it was coming from, common speculation was still that it was a vet reward. That is great news, time to get the ol' noodle cooking for concepts.
Keep in mind I have no experience with IO's at all, so I was building based off of SO's.
Take out a slot in CJ, having two defense into it isn't noticeable. I would replace swift with hurdle since hurdle stacks with CJ and SJ. Get Plasma at 16, Acrobatics at 22, hasten at 24, and less slots in boxing. I can go over IOs with you in-game if you want, since I have a similar fire/fire tank.
Did you make sure to add the channel to your chat tab? It doesn't do it automatically when you join a channel. Also, you can't be sent an invite while offline.
I wonder if they will put the new helmet in as a hat, like how the vanguard helmet is a hat and then the faceplate and mouthpiece are in the details subcategory. It seems to add a hint of diversity among designs.

I kept swift, mainly for indoor movement without draining precious blue stuff, unless there's an IO that does run/jump for Hurdle, in which case I'll happily change it.

Oh, you have made a terrible enemy this day, Baron
I might have to think of a new alt concept to use that Enforcer armor with...

Personally, I've never liked the fighting pool. And I love pets. So I'd probably get a patron.
Overslotting combat jumping. Only really need one or two slots for special IOs if you decide to get them. I'd rather slot scorch instead of boxing.
Edit: With two KB IOs, you could drop acrobatics completely to free up a power slot.
Well my problem is trying to find useful powers as it is. However I will reduce slots.

so you can get this armor?
how?
Ugliest baby ever.
Also, that enforcer outfit is shit hot. The black and red version has a real by your command vibe.

I'm an Elec/Ice Blaster on Virtue named Commander Indra.
SG invite?
Yep, in Atlas Park under the statue.
I can see it now... Harley Quinn clones will be everywhere!
This is not a bad thing.
> turn on light
Good start to the day. Pity it's going to be the worst one of your life. The light is now on.
Fuck that, if I'm not first to make the DMC3 Jester then by god I'm cancelling my subscription
And now for something completely different!
The pain of defeat.
Come on lady, my enhancements just went red!
