A question for last years attendees

This will be my first year attending, and from what I've heard last year was a blast.

I've been to other conventions before, such as E3 and other more nerdy types of conventions, however I was curious about this one.

Seeing as alot of peple are staying at the double tree, is there like a party wing? Some cons I've been to, you could literally walk down the hallways, peoples doors open, going from room to room drinking and such.

Was curious if this was the same or no?

    I believe that there is a floor in the Doubletree that is reserved for the PAX people...but I dunno. The best thing to do would be to just look for people from the con and then, if they're partying, ask if they wouldn't mind you joining them.

    I think the entire DoubleTree is one big party wing. At least that's what I'm getting from what people have been saying.

    PA rented out two of the convention rooms in the Doubletree for everyone to do what they wish in.
    I figure thats where the majority of people will be hanging out during PAX downtime.

    If it's any kind of party, you should be able to inconspicuously pass out in someone's closet.

    That's true, I never thought of that. I'll be legal drinking age on Monday. That's soon enough, right? lol
