Still trying to figure out the reasoning between the nerf to fury warriors in 2.3 (Deathwish goes into the arms tree for some reason)
It changes nothing for arms warriors and basically everything for fury warriors..

I especially don't get it logically.
Think about it:
Death Wish: You basically forgo and any all concern for your well being and just start wailing on the enemy.
This is not in the talent tree that...involves mastering the handling of your weapon!
Man, FUCK having to get a training dummy. I looked up what I had to do and it's all .
And no, there were none for sale in the AH. If there were, they'd probably be way too much, anyhow.
That's when you ask in the city trade channel if anyone will make one for you. If you gather the materials needed to make one, you can offer those to the person too. Even better if you have a friend in-game that has engineering.

Hey, I have an arms warrior and I hate this change. I like my weapon mastery and sweeping strkes. At least let me keep sweeping strikes, please Blizzard?
So I added it up.
If I do daily quests on my hunter and warrior every day.. It will take me 35 days to get an epic mount.
I know, I'm being impatient, but damn it, I want my flappy

I'm sitting on 3900g at the moment. But I have [Pattern: Vengeance Wraps] on the AH, and about 200 marks of sargeras to sell too.
487g for me. I'll finish the little part of Netherstorm I have left tomorrow then cry as I do daily quests and wander around.

More patch 2.3 stuff:
New quests in Theramore Isle. There are "deserter agitators" standing around near soldiers spewing anti-Jaina propaganda, and I'm in the middle of an SI:7 questline to do something about them.
Also, Nat Pagle has a small pier and tent on his island, and another questline leads to him.
When will they finish the burning inn questline and the missing king

Yeah, it's a shame there wasn't anything added to those. Well, there was a little bit added to the Shady Rest Inn, but nothing of any real substance: there's an investigator in front of the inn who basically lights up the hoofprints, badge, and shield so anyone can see them.
Also, I just finished the questline that included Nat Pagle, and it has a fun little encounter on the Theramore Docks involving a sea monster and mortars. It was pretty cool, actually, and easily soloable.
I have never done the shady rest inn quests with any of the allience characters I have.
With the horde it ends with collecting spider parts and then a vauge clue. The tauren with a simlar name has different flavor text after that
I have a feeling that the missing king will be one of those ultra raid runs and it will not be for some time
So are the anti Jania people hanging out in Theramore? That tower that is full of them in the south? The row of towers on the road from Theramore?
That sounds if it's worth completing the quest 225+ fishing

The 225+ fishing quest is unrelated to the new content. All these new Theramore quests are around the level 35+ range.
The one I mentioned involving Nat Pagle begins in Theramore with a quest called "This Old Lighthouse". There's a gnome trying to get the old lighthouse off the coast working again, and eventually you are led to Nat who gives you a kind of silly quest. Then he tells you why getting the lighthouse working again would be A Bad Idea. Finally, you get to go back to Theramore to deal with the consequence of lighting the lighthouse.
The other questline involves the deserters, who I believe are the same ones hanging out in that ruined tower in the south. It's not nearly as cool as that lighthouse questline, but hey, they're all easy XP.
There are also some new questgivers by Swamp Eye Jarl, but I haven't messed with them yet.
Finally, I have no idea if they added anything for the Horde. This is just from an Alliance point of view.
I think the quests to deal with all the grimtotem guys that have sprung up around Dustwallow are the new horde quests. Or maybe those were Goblin town quests as well.
Horde kinda had a fair amount of quests there anyway so if they just added the goblin town and zeppelin crash site quests the nit still seems like a fair amount of new content there.

Does anyone else find it hilarious that the Enrage portion of the Curator fight is actually the easiest part of the whole fight?

Compared to running around like a chicken with it's head cut off after flares? It's a welcome break for me when I play my rogue
I have never been that far into kara with my warlock so I don't know how much fun that fight is

It's really just designed as a strain for the healers, since at that point they're probably very low on mana anyways.

The Missing Diplomat stuff was extended, but it abruptly fades off into yet another dead end, with some garbage quest rewards for the (currently) final turn-in.
Early on, our healers were having massive problems keeping their blue bars up on Curator.
But yes, that fight fuckin' sucks for melee DPS. It made me realize just how awful I've been making it for them, since on my hunter, the flares usually beeline right for me.

We have almost no melee dps ever in our raids.
We have one DPS warrior. No rogues regularly raid, our only Shaman is Resto, our only Druid is a Boomkin, and our Paladins are either Holy and healers, or Prot and tanking.
So Curator always goes down pretty easily, because we usually have a hunter, myself and another mage, a warlock, the boomkin, and a shadowpriest or two.
We usually bring a feral druid, a rogue, and a fury warrior. And since Astral Flare's attack can only hit up to 3 people at a time, I prefer to just have everyone in; the raid's going to be constantly taking the maximum damage from flares anyway for healing through, so might as well save the melee valuable seconds of chasing-the-flare-down DPS time by forcing the flares to not have very far to go.

Which is why we often find Curator to be a very easy fight. One time, we had five mages in the group. We experimented with a new strategy, of putting the three best-geared mages on Flare duty. They were all fire mages, and because Fire mages get a potent burst damage combo in the form of Scorch + Fireblast, with all three mages doing that, the rest of the group spent the whole fight dpsing Curator.
Back in the old guild where like half the raiders were warriors or rogues, we figured out the best way to do a high melee curator. Just have everyone stand on top of each other (besides hunters, who stand far enough back so the people in front of them are out of their deadzone). No matter who the flare goes to, it always goes to the same spot, with all the melee standing there and waiting. Kind of tough on the healers, but eventually they outgeared that problem.
Yeah we all stand on top of each other. It wasn't specifically to help the melee, its just way easier that way. Two ranged stay on Curator the whole fight and everyone else does flares and healers just spot heal everyone. And we did this before we were geared out too.
the funniest fight of kara is aran
USUALLY, any time a boss creates circles of ANY kind it's a great idea to get the fuck away from them, because they're zones of death
I love how it's exactly the opposite for this fight, and I smirk when I think of the people who found this out on their own, the hard way
Curator IS easy.. we did it with 8 players two days ago, all twinks :v
Aran is fun but not with certain people who were baby sat
I made fun of a mage who it took 9 times to kill them to learn that the blizzard is not something you stand in and run away from his arcane blast

Agreed. But definitely one of the few fights in the entire game where it is worth turning game sound on!

Yep. It's the combined total.
It changes nothing for arms warriors and basically everything for fury warriors..
I especially don't get it logically.

....What?
Which are?
Attacks with both weapons.
So Whirlwind is no longer useless for a dual-wielding Fury Warrior.

Varies between guilds of course, but group 2 in our raids is the Death Squad, 4 rogues (or 3 + feral) and an enhancement shaman.
Once we get stuck in, there's no stopping until everything attackable is dead.
It's also true for the Maulgar fight. His DPS drops when he enrages.
Steam: pazython
made the fight a total breeze.
