I mean, it's not like The Skrulls are shapeshifters that use super-powered soldiers to invade earth and aren't anything like Ord and the rest of the aliens.
and there's no way there could be another Telepath on the X-Men that isn't Jean Grey and it's not like she could be characterized completely differently.
Oh and who could imagine Kitty being a self-sufficient asskicker since the 80's when she was trained as a ninja?
Yeah, so many rehashed ideas in there.

So having more than one alien race means they are the same?
god you guys are getting trolled by Algertman and its ridiculous. Seriously he just finds something everyone likes, says the opposite and then plays off of it. Secretly I think he really likes Joss and Astonishing.

I do it's a fun comic. Overrated? From a personal stand point yes. Still a fun book and glad somebody is at least not ignoring what Grant did with the title.

Except Cassandra Nova and Ernst. Which is pretty annoying. Not sure if it's his idea seeing as how Ernst is running around in New X-Men for some reason.

Yeah, that makes sense.
But man you are so predictable, Algertman.
It's like you read things just to bitch about them.
who would make Cyclops use an optic blast?
So overdone and cliche.
Did I say that was overdone and Cliche? Fuck no.
what about the metric ton of other shit you said that didn't make sense?
I'm posting it, it's not suppose to make sense.
Now excuse me Black Machismo is on
HOLY FUCKING SHIT
Yes yes, I know it's awful, no need to tell me.
OK, guese I'll go read some X-Men comics that don't suck, Grant Morrison here I come.
I seriously need to get the last few back issues.
not even close
Knock it off.
It was actually last issue's spoiler that was mind-blowing.
Kirkman stopped trying on MTU about six issues before it ended. He was like "it's getting canceled so who cares".

So, what you're saying is that I can open this weeks spoiler and not be so blown away?
No, because it's right after last issue's spoiler.
"Say something cynical."
"Right, right."
I really hope you did that on purpose.
Because I am chuckling.
Awesome. Much obliged.
Okay, I literally was JUST about to quote the same language. Eerie.
That is to say, whether I pick up singles or wait for the trade, either way, I don't want to read those... but I do... I really really do.
A picture of the Fonz jumping that shark would've been more appropriate for this situation.
This I did NOT expect.

And I did the same thing earlier in the thread, so, yay team? *high five*
You really wanna piss him off?
Tell him the Kryptonians are just a rip off of the SuperSkrull.
I bet his brain will pop.
Anally.
