Well, the title is a bit... misleading. Basically, I'm running on a dual monitor setup(I'm new to this though), and have one monitor not doing much of anything while I'm gaming on the other. The thing is, I can never seem to get games to stay up while I switch to the other screen to refresh/scroll down a thread/whatever. So I'm looking for one of two things:
1. A way to make windows not minimize my game when I click on the firefox window. I've had little success with windowed mode.
2. A way to continue reading a thread, or a way to refresh the window, without actually leaving the game(key command without clicking on firefox or something).
Are you a bad enough dude to help me figure this out?
Very few games support this. WoW plays wonderfully maximized (looks like it normally does, full screen) in windowed mode, though. When you leave the window, it stays up, but you can use your other monitor normally.
Any game that runs in windowed mode will do this. Just resize the window to be the size of the main screen.

You might try a few 3rd party monitor managers - I have ultramon and it helps with SOME issues like this, ymmv with Your Particular Favorite Game though.
