Where's all my HDD space?

I bought a MacBook just before the start of this semester, and am liking it a lot. The only problem I noticed was that when I got it, it already had 20+ GB used. How can I find out where all the space is going?

    Sequoia View will give you a graphic representation of what you have installed and how big it is.

    Also, Spacemonger I've found is pretty awesome. Probably does exactly the same thing.

    Edit: Sorry, I'm an idiot. I didn't even read the Macbook bit. This is a windows program.
