I have been wanting to pierce (both) of my ear lobes for awhile, thing is, i'm in wrestling. Meaning everyday for about 45 minutes i'll have to take out my piercing, and i'm not sure if that's what you want to do when you're trying to keep your piercing from "healing up". I'm also worried about infection from leaving my earings sitting around. Should I just wait till the summer?
I dunno, if you really want em, get em, and just know that youll hafta be a little bit careful about it. If you wait till the summer, sure you wont have school and stuff, but youll still hafta be lax with your ears and stuff, and make sure your take care of em, your call really, but i would do it now..

I would defenitly wait until summer. I had to take my piercing out right after I got it pierced, because I was allergic to the metal in the earring. It hurt like a bitch to take it out and it hurt like hell to put a different earring in. Now imagine having to take it out and put it back in daily. Trust me you can wait.
Having to take the stud out of your ear and put it back in will not only hurt like hell, but leave you way more prone to infection. Locker rooms are sweaty, humid and disgusting places that breed all sorts of microscopic nasties that you wouldn't want taking up residence in your flesh. The skin-on-skin contact in wrestling would be terrible for a fresh piercing too, since you never know what sort of bacteria a person's skin may harbour.
Tl;dr: Wait til you've got time to heal properly before getting anything pierced

They cast a shadow like a sundial in the morning light. It was half past 10.
You could cover the piercings with plasters during your sports sessions. It's really not a good idea to take them out for the first month and a half or so.
