Out of curiosity, exactly how much activity were you expecting out of this one?
There was a lot of activity behind the scenes, actually.

So I'm looking for more experience when it comes to Phallas, so what do people do when they look for Co-hosts? Because I'd be interesting in helping someone run something so I can learn what its like to work on a phalla before mine comes up.
I was actually being fairly facetious with the Silent Phalla one, since its hard to be active when the only thing you can do is post votes.. That one has full participation to the end if I remember correctly.

I had a quick question, I was wondering if anybody has done a Dresden Files Phalla? If not, I had some interesting ideas for one. Also how weird would it be if there were one or two large badguy groups who know each other and 5-6 smaller good guy groups who know each other in their own groups?
I think I have resigned to never hosting a phalla again. Every game I am somewhat involved in is extremely inactive (except Zoidphalla).
Silent Phalla, Belarus, Robot Phalla, Oregon Trail Phalla and now Venture Phalla.
WTF MANG
Inactivity has also screwed my game a fair bit. I tried to be very strict, but it still takes at least two days to notice who is inactive and in most cases another day to make sure they weren't just having some minor problems and that they're gonna be active now.
I really wish more people would be decent enough to at least PM the host with what is up.
Remember that not only is this time of the year busy with holidays and vacations, but as far as schools go, since the ages of many players may be in school at various years, they tend to have breaks or finals around now and after that people may spend less time at a computer due to not being in a dorm or school etc.

Why not try and run a mini-phalla at some point? There seems to be quite a bit of time between now and your place on the list. If you don't feel like coming up with a concept on your own, I wouldn't mind taking on a partner for my mini which will happen at some point.
I just thought of the most confusiong Phalla mechanic of all time. Roles are revealed on death. BUT NAMES ARENT!
Scary.
That along with people being able to talk from the dead would make the most confuzzling thing ever.
As long as there is a way for people to keep track of who is dead (as a role, I suppose) it could work. Although it would be the most confusing thing ever.
So I'm looking at my spot on the list and I won't be able to devote the proper amount of time to the game if it happens in the next couple of weeks. If the two folks below me on the list want to go first, that would be lovely.
So I was singing a song from Corpse Bride under the shower and it dawned to me that maybe that movie would result in a nice phalla. It would transpire after the movie and there's a new villain in town killing people. Like the corpse bride from the movie they are restless and can pick a condition that would make them arise from their grave.
Not quite sure how it could work out, though. But the way Burton depicts the afterlife really lends itself for a cool death mechanic in a phalla game.

problem solved
Oh fuck yes
and way way way more awesome
I was gonna ask if it will be "awesome."
But you already answered that question.
It'll be "rad" too, I'm sure.
The question is, will it be...phallawesome?
...Chevy Nova?
This needs to be in the game thread at all times.
Is that the episode where everyone ended up being a vigilante in disguise?
This will haunt you forever, Zot. :P
I'm still laughing about how you almost revealed yourself
Everyone would have knifed me / changed votes to me on day one and the game would have lasted a big longer, I think.
Stop.
CJ IWAKURA HAS NOT SEEN BLADE RUNNER.
What. The. Fuck.
Scary.

Probably too gay to work anywhere but the D&D forum.
