It looks really bad, and doesn't seem to do much besides look bad. The artistic quality of your work and the message contained therein have the same amount of subtlety, coherence and cohesion as your average myspace website.
Did you even draw the little anime doodle person on the bottom left?

I have a lot more to say, but since I don't frequent here often, I'm not sure what is appropriate. But I think that the fact that I have to hold myself back says something about this thread. Seems to me like you were expecting this reaction.

As 1984 inspired art goes this is kind of lame it doesn't give that boot in the face appeal the book does..

Now, ask yourself some questions:
1: Have you studied other surrealistic works?
2: What message did you intend to convey? I might guess that it had to do with the theme of constant give and take in the war in 1984, but you left out the take part, and the mailbox wouldn't fit.

Edit: To clarify, the point is that he might have meant to do expressionism, and failed because he didn't do any research.
This implies that he made it with some sort of purpose or vision instead of vomiting colors all over MS Paint.
I try to see the best in people. One might think over a decade on the internet would dull that hazardous instinct, but it's still there.

I think perhaps you've missed the point of AC. It's not that we "don't like it", it's that it has a variety of glaring flaws, and we're pointing them out to you so you'll do better next time.
Go study up on surrealism and expressionism, figure out which one you want, then study the style before trying to do anything with it.

Actually when I saw this thread my boner split in half and made two boners of equal size.
My boner grew another, smaller boner.
I showed this thread to my girlfriend and she immediately grew a boner, which promptly exploded.
I think this thread is giving me acne, but instead of zits, it's just a bunch of tiny boners all over my face and back.
Have you heard the expression "my boner just multiplied a thousand times over through mitosis or some shit?" because I think it applies to this situation. It's like a boner boquet and I can't even wear my trousers without feeling uncomfortable.

There is not one thing in that picture which is not offensive to my eyes. Add some lens flares and random Photoshop filters (might I recommend emboss?) to that puppy and you WIN!!
