Guitar Hero III - question

My stupid question of the day - I'm thinking about buy GH3 - is it going to work with the guitars I bought for GH2?

(I know there are probably places I could find this info - but hey, i'm being lazy this morning)

    It's not hard at all. But easier doesn't always make right. All I would be doing is encouraging people not to use the search function because that action, yeah, the one you took, is saying "go ahead and start a new thread, it's ok, because it's easier that way"
