Want good cordless headphones for gaming

Hi guys, I have this beautiful 32" HDTV on which I game, but my free gaming time's usually late in the evening, and there are people in this house that are sleeping at that time, so I've decided to go out and buy a cordless headphones set. I wanted to know if any of you had a suggestion as to what to buy.

I was looking at this: Sennheiser Wireless Headphones (RS126)

Yay or nay?
If nay, what would be a yay?
