When TBC came out the only Enchanters who had to go there were Draenei everyone else could be portaled to Shattrath where they would talk to the Scryer Enchanting trainers.
After 2.3 nobody has to go to Uldaman for Enchanting since each city has a trainer who will take you right through 300.
I love epic WSG matches. I honestly adore WSGs that go for over an hour.
I am one of those people.
In amusement news, me (fury warrior) and two of my guildies (extra-shitty geared just-70 ret pally and moderately geared destruction lock) provided the coordination it took to 3-0 our way to horde victory against a 10-person premade.
Pardon my inner newb, but don't enchanters have to go to Uldaman to talk the the enchanter who is down in there? I always remember my entire group complaining/asking if we were going by this person. I've never had a high level enchanter, or any enchanter at all, so I don't know what importance (if any) that person has in their profession leveling.
Is it awful that I remember offhand the NPC's name was Annora? (sp)
Damn kids and their ez mode enchanting now. When I was leveling enchanting we had to brave waves of scorpids and other assorted elites! And it was uphill to get in the back door too!
Just finished an Uldaman run, was hoping for one of the 2H's to drop, we got a +armor/spirit/strength ring instead, eh. But then I went back to pick up the discs to do that quest. Got 9050 XP right there. Got 7550 more for turning it in back in Thunder Bluff. Quite nice, especially since I brought my main to AoE most of the instance down so it didn't take too long to reach.
So what in the hell is wrong with Blizzard's database that it takes 3 days to copy a character to the test server? Especially a pre-made where they don't actually need to source any unique data from another server?
I get the picture of some poor guy in a room somewhere manually copying character files from one server to another on a floppy disk.
HEY ASSHOLE I JOINED THAT GAME WITH LIKE 2 MINUTES LEFT
STOP SULLYING MY NAME PLEASE KK THX
Also, isn't it interesting that after a 2 hour long game, within 10 minutes of me arriving we win? ;-)
Hmm, he arrived with 2 minutes left, and you win within 10 minutes of joining. Which is it eh?
And lol at this guy who can only get 1 kill in 2 minutes. Couldn't do enough with your rogue cooldowns and your cloak of skill?
He WAS "within" 10 minutes of winning ;-)
Also, my guess is Wavechaser fought a Frost Mage as a non-Mace spec.
We're pretty hard to kill. I once got 2 Cloaks of Skill off a Rogue because it took so goddamn long to actually kill me.
Of course I was kind of fucking with the guy, because he didn't make any attempt to get behind/around me.
Actually to be more accurate, I zoned into the game while alliance was assualting the flag. So at that point I just got my face raped off before the graphics even loaded.
After that I got a single kill in and the game was over. It really was like 2 to 4 minutes that I was in there.
Don't make me start posting scoreboards, I have a fuckton of them saved.

EDIT: Actually, I know you don't have to go there. I remembered that I just power leveled my enchanting from 1-300 and didn't have to go there.

But yeah, back in the day this was true. You had a scorpion pit of aoe excitement to fight your way through to get to her, too.
tl:Dr- Blizzard hates Enchanters. Inscribing ftw!
Hooray for thumbs! They're a rogue's best friend.
THIS GIRL
wave is totally a waste of healing investment.
No excuses allowed for Slaide! NONE
It was; they sent their entire team, including the flag carrier, into our FR to try and take Mordim down. (he had the flag)
That was the 2nd cap, I think. The first was just like 8 of us at our GY waiting until they sent more than 3 people.
Yeah, I saw that and decided to leave it.

I hope they feel very, very bad.
It sounds like it would be.
I only just started there for the first time lastnight, but it really hasn't been particularly bad.
I work for the government, damnit. I'll do whatever the hell I want with my acronyms.
Too long, Happily Read and Shadow Word: Grin?
I can get in on this.
I've heard it described as "Shadow Word: Hooray!" on this forum, and as such, have begun describing it as such to others in my guild. It's spreading.

Also, you forget to throw a "Dagnabbit" in there.
Dang whippersnappers.

Dude, maybe he meant there were four quest hubs?
/humor off
Follow the link in my earlier post. I seem to recall there's 75 alliance questts in the area now...

Do you have an easy access pouch within your epeen?
Who knew 40 man raids were actually kickass fun when you're just doing them for shits and giggles / nostalgia.
Did you actually do it with 40 people?
But by the time we were up to Nephy we were 30 or so.
