However, technically you could get both at level 1. The rocket boots very easily, the rifle with help from a friend (a patient person or someone who also needs the unlock badge). The rifle is harder for villains.

I'm used to hitting Print Screen and then Pasting into Paint, but it didn't come up, and I didn't see an obviously marked "Screenshots" folder in the HG:L directory.
I hit the button, and the game froze for a split second like it does in WoW when I take a screenshot, but I couldn't find the little bastard so I could upload it and share it here.

Crab time! Man, I love this class already, and I haven't even gotten the ability to summon robot spiders to do my bidding (namely, to crawl into people's mouths while they sleep. That'll show you, Snopes!).

It might have actually been fitting if you described as a Demonfox, or Cat o Nine Tails. Last I checked, neither crabs nor spiders had muzzles, althought spiders do sometimes have large fangs.
Man, you know what sucks? I can't even convince myself, not even for a moment, that I like how AoC looks. I even played it on the highest settings (when it wasn't crashing or melting my computer). I have a feeling that if WoW did nothing but add Shader 3.0 technology and effects to the engine, I would still think it looks better, despite the simple geometry.

edit: Xhaztol, have you liked the look of any game that attempts to go for a real life look? Because I look at AoC and see what EQ2 would have looked like if they had waited another couple of years to release it.
Right now I see AoC and LotR and I am not sure which is which. It will be extra confusing if classes in each game has similar names.
I want to like the way AoC looks, but something about the characters look shiny and plasticy to me. And some of the textures on the armor feels almost out of place or something, I dunno. I felt the same way about LotRO, though the models still appealed to me for some reason.
I don't want to say anything final until I play the game for myself though

I didn't want to say anything, but, yeah. For both the character and the animal models (the way the wolves just have a bump map texture, rather than anything that would fake fur the way WoW does lion and wolf manes).
