So my wallet was stolen today. It had my car registration, proof of insurance, drivers license, Credit and ATM cards, bank account number, medical insurance card and possibly my SSN#.
So yeah, I am fucked.
Called and canceled my cards, transferred my bank account, and called Credit agency and put my account on fraud alert.
Any other precautions I should take?

I'd call your insurance agency and let them know, just in case. I'd also move your car from wherever you normally park it since the person that stole your wallet now has your home address, at least for a day or two. How was it stolen? Did you leave it sitting out or did someone actually lift it off of you?
All the precautions are fine. . .given that your SSN may have been there, I would get a free credit check in a month or two and make sure nothing is out of the ordinary.
Call one of the major credit reporting agencies and have a fraud alert put on your report. That'll prevent anyone from opening up any new accounts in your name without going through a few additional hoops.
