Aighteo, so in my stay at the PA forums most of my time has been set in H/A and all the advice has been top notch. Just wanted to throw that out there.
But question, is the GTA IV SE even on sale yet? (I'm a sucker for cool stuff) And if yes (or whatever, pre-order is fine) is there a place that delivers it to Canada? Or better, a Canadian site?

But, they often restrict big ticket games and hardware to being sent only to the US. Which I'm guessing would include GTA IV.
However, a lot of the time if you pre-order the game well in advance of the release they will not yet of imposed this restriction. For instance, I pre-ordered the WoW Collectors edition as soon as it was available on the site and while it was eventually restricted to US purchasers only (I'm Canadian for the record) they still shipped it to me on release in fact I received it the morning of release. This doesn't help you now but in the future if you want to pre-order a collectors edition online you should keep this in mind.
As far as ebgames.ca that site is so shady and for some reason suffers from a very limited library of games. If you want to order from a local shipper amazon.ca will absolutely have a better selection then ebgames.ca and it looks like they are offering the GTA IV: SE here
