Might and Magic meets Nethack all streamlined for quick gameplay. Take a band of pre-made party members into randomly created dungeons. Loot and survive.

The interface is all done with two mouse buttons. No hotkeys or obscure keys to use.

Battle is simplified by a turn-based system where player cards represent your character. Very reminiscint of the old 2D Final Fantasy-style combat.

Leveling up is only done after you complete a level and is all streamlined so there are no decisions to make. You get what you get and you move on.

Survival depends on how you manage your supplies (think of it as food). Rest too much and you will run out .. needlessly explore levels (after you have completed objectives) and you can waste valuable supplies. So, you need to be precise in your combat (so you don't need to rest so much) and move on to the next level as soon as possible.

The con of course is that it is not a very deep game. By taking your input out of character creation and leveling up decisions ... you lose some control and depth, but gain by not having to agonize by these decisions. Just load it up and play for 10-30 minutes and turn your brain off.

Try it out.

I'm a cruddy old gamer.
