Looking for reputable online savings/money market accounts

So I have all my savings in an ING account right now, but i'm not satisfied with their current interest rates. I realize that institutions change rates all the time, so I'm looking for a bunch of reliable ones that I can pass my money back and forth to whoever has the highest interest at the time.

I'd like a savings or money market with quick (if not instant) transfers to my regular bank account, and no minimum balance (but a minimum initial deposit is alright). I'm staying away from paypal, because I've heard horror stories about having no rights should they suspect your account of fraudulent activity.

I use emigrant direct for savings which i've had no problems with. transfers however take 3-4 days. current rate is 5.05% i think.

5.05 is much better than ING's 4.2 right now. Do they have a minimum balance?

I use Washington Mutual's online savings account. Works out great for me, since my checking account is through them, too. Last I checked, they were paying out 5%.

I use virtualbank.com. They are part of Lydian Private Bank. I've only used their money market account for a few months now (currently at 4.25% for accounts with under $10k) but I also just finished paying off a 5 year car loan I had through them with no issues.
