How do I get rid of chafing/peeling on my scrotum

Hi,

I've had this problem for the last year, and its grown gradually worse, I always figured it would go away.

The skin on my left testicle only is very itchy and peeling, and it now looks off compared to the right one, the color is paler, and the skin is slightly raised like a scar some days, and other days its not

Is there anything I can use to get rid of the peeling/itching, and make it look normal again?

This has been going on for a year. See a doctor, probably a dermatologist. If you're in school, go to the health clinic. Its usually free.

    SHOW SOMEBODY YOUR BALLS.

Seconded. It's not fun showing someone your balls. But fuck dude, I'd rather have to show a million people my balls over losing them.

Doctor. Its probably just something like tinea, which means you could have fixed it a year ago. If it is more serious, boy will your face be red :/

meanwhile, if you're wearing synthetic underwear, switch to something more breathable like cotton. Sweat and associated yuck will only irritate it more, and you don't want to be That Guy Who's Always Scratching.

It's probably tinea (also known as a male yeast infection), which is relatively common. See a doctor (dermatologist or PCP).

Tinea is not a male yeast infection. It is an entirely different fungus.

Tinea is also called Ringworm sirs. it's however should not hurt, it is itchy but it should not hurt. go to a doctor and get it checked out, you will probably given a cream to be used around yer sores for about a week or 2, i would suggest not having any skin to skin contact with any ladies, as it could spread that way, it doesn't however spread around on your clothes or anything. tough break champ.

Likely a fungal infection. Use some athletes foot spray on it for a few days. If that doesn't take care of it, then show somebody your balls.

I'd invest in the jock itch stuff instead, since it tends to be less harsh than the athlete's foot stuff.
