It was an arcade shooter where every time you'd reload your gun (by shooting off screen) it would say the word "reload" so when you were playing it with 2 players all you heard was
Yeah, I guess it only says that when you pull the trigger while out of bullets and since most of the youtube vids are walkthroughs and time trials they don't do that much.
Must mean my friends and I suck when we play them...

I remember that there was a trick to this. I held the pistol like a carbine (off hand under the barrel) and put my finger in front of the barrel. My finger blocked the sensor and so the gun was considered to be pointed away from the screen and thus, reload. Made it real easy to fill the screen full of lead.
I think in the newest one to make it out in the States, you have to shake the lightgun to reload. Of course, this turns into, "shake the living hades out of the lightgun to reload," and then to "smack the lightgun against any nearby hard surface repeatedly to reload" once the ritualistic abuse of an arcade sets in.
