dammit, no Scorpex to be my Mini-Uzi brother? Oh well, I'm gonna hop on right now. Went 30-11 with the fucking Mini-Uzi earlier. Finished the challenge so i'm working on the AK-74u. Results are not going as well.
I'm sorry about the echo with my Mic. I'm not sure what was up with it. I think it has to do with the TV I play on being on my desk and it being relatively close to where I am sitting.
I've been taking screenshots like some deranged fool as I'm genuinely amazed by the graphics on this game. I was flicking through them and I noticed this...

Kitty Sparkles?
Kitty Sparkles indeed!
Re: the mod tools, I'm not great at Radiant but I can try to answer any questions you guys have if anyone's making maps or mods.
I tried to add the clan to friends but I got an xbox error, so I just played merc team deathmatch for awhile. I'm up from getting one kill every 3 deaths to getting up to 3 kills in a single life when I'm lucky, and usually one per life. Also up to level 5 or 6.

There was a steam sig here. It's gone now.

I think PA CoD4 is full again. What someone might wanna do is make another and add a few of the regulars (Sheep, Kong, etc) so they can easily search both and that still leaves alot of room for more people on the second list.
My right hand and left shoulder are achy. I think using the mouse intensely and holding my arm up to reach the keyboard while playing has worn them out. I'm gonna lay off the cod for a bit.
As awesome as everyone else? Everyone's all this is awesome yeah woooh. And then I'm like eh, not really tht great.
No real character development for the USMC people so I wasn't really too concerned for them it was just, oh it went off and this characters dead, back to team awesome aka SAS
It meant a lot to me because man... that was you. You'd just gone through
a mini-nuke and actually lived for a short amount of time, and you just know your skin is burned and blistered and probably peeling off most places, and your mind is just boiling...
And the part that really got me was the part after the nuke. When you just crawl out of the helicopter, stand up, stagger a few feet, and then just fall to the ground. And that's it. That's the end. You're dead, and there's nothing you could have done about it.

I think part of it was the shock.
Things like that just don't happen to videogame protagonists, especially military game protagonists.
You're the hero! You're a marine taking down a militant dictator that has WMDs! You aren't supposed to be on the receiving end of it.
And then you crawl out of the wreckage and look around at the devastation before falling over dead? That doesn't happen in military themed games. They're all rah-rah look how fucking awesome all this is and look how awesome you are, you special forces badass, you.
And up to that point, CoD4 was like that. And then it fucking kills you and forces you to live out the last moments of your character's horrible, horrible death.

It also helped nicely when....
For a bit at the end where you were all fucked, your whole squad had just been brutal taken out and you were about to be finished off...it was only plausible at all because of Aftermath.

How many games have the hero unceremoniously murdered in an event of epic proportions, right after you tried your best to save your team mates?
It's pretty abrupt.
Sheeeeeeep doesn't seem to like the fact that he's stuck with guns like the M16 and the MP5.
Those are what make you manly and allow you to bathe in the blood of your enemies. I dig that kind of thing honestly.
:-P
I like the M16 and the MP5.
I do not like the absence of UAV Jammer, Triple Frags, and the G36C. But, I have the jammer, so it's better.

I'm currently using an RPD with an ACOG scope attached, which might be just a wee bit of overkill.
I sometimes find myself feeling envious of the guys with steady weapons and even steadier aim, who place just about every shot dead center and wind up killing entire waves of enemies, each falling in half a second, before being taken out by someone who managed to run up behind them and not be spotted first.
Soon, though, the urge to be insane kicks in and I reap skulls for Khorne in a glorious fit of slaughter. Moments later, I'm laid to waste and I go back to sucking and being outclassed in virtually every way, but while my Limit Break holds up, I manage to pull myself even, if not further ahead into a positive score.
Fear my streaky "skill" and suicidal knife rushes.
Yeah, I finally pulled it together last night and did some amazin kills like that. Got behind some baddies on District near A. They were in that house and I rolled up behind them with the M16.

I should be on by 9, if not before.
Hopefully I'll be back on later and finish my M16 challenges some day.
Kill some terrorists for me guys.
Trying to escape is a damn pain.
Although, it is 2:45am, I should probably go to bed.
edit - Also, while playing, I lol'd at this...

Believe it.
Also, fuck you Kris and your invincible knife+host skills.

A few custom maps or two are already showing up. Some are even trying to port some maps from the previous CoD games.

Mini-Uzi+ACOG Scope=Annoying as hell Killcam.
"Shotties on Shipment" should be an official game type.
agreed. that was freakin' great.
I'm so happy right now.
One level to go and then I'm going prestige because unlike Sheeeeeeeep I'm not a pussy.
You know the greatest thing about prestige mode...?

Origin is the exact same as my Steam, in case you're needing a Support or Assault in BF3.
Holy. Motherfucking. Shit.

I finished Mile High Club on veteran in about fifteen minutes, but I can't get down this stupid hill in Heat.
Why won't it let me go down the hill?
go down the right side
25-3 on wet work yay!
Boo mescalito
I'm proud of my 53-13 that I pulled last night with a silenced AK47 with stopping power and extreme conditioning.
NO shit, son. Silenced builds are money on certain maps
