Quick question involving a "screen too small error"
My coworker and I are trying to use this program, if the problem is with the program I guess you can't help but well, I guess it isn't 'cuz here's the deal...
We both have the same 19 inch LCD monitors with the same laptop, we're both using a dual monitor setup with basically the same laptop. When I run the program, no problem, when he tries to do anything in the program on his big monitor, he gets a "screen too small" error(from the program)that loops forever. He can run it fine on the laptop monitor, I can run it fine on both
He changed his settings to match mine(resolutions, dpi)but it still didn't work. The only thing I can think of that's left is his laptop had a DVI input so his monitor is plugged in with that, and mine's plugged in with a VGA cable. I believe the result of that is in the advanced display options his second monitor is a "FPD" and mine's just a "Monitor"
Could that be the problem? Googling does nothing and the program has email only tech support and I get the impression they won't be quick on the draw, and maybe this is a semi common problem with other things
