    they did with 360. They also said themselves they believed that a 4 year life span was good enough. Now that could of been PR BS to get the 360 a year ahead, rather a reasoning.

    That is two and a half years not two.

    They've released two consoles. How the hell does that make it a predictable habit? They dropped the OXbox as soon as they could, because they were never going to make any money on it. The 360 will be around for longer, but yes, like both Nintendo and Sony too, you can bet your ass they're already designing the follow-up. To do any less would be slack, and put them at a disadvantage.
