The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
Not sure if anyone is reading the Thunderbolts currently, but it definitely stands out as one of the top comics Marvel is producing. Ellis' writing is top notch, and the slow decent of Norman Osborn is both terrifying and absorbing to behold.
I was sceptical in the wake of Zemo's dissapearance, but I can safely say that this is a title I consistently look forward to every month now.

My favorite Thunderbolt was Cheetara. She was so hot. And I don't like furries or yiffing.

You can tell this book is doing well because they keep coming out with one-shots in addition to the main book. Breaking Point was good, then there was that one with Bullseye and Penance, Desperate Measures or something, I don't recall (had Americop in it thought with some great lines: "Come out with your arms broken!").
The last arc was great, and I love seeing Venom slowly become more and more crazy as time goes on. I definately recommend this book.
I just bought three issues today, and I'm kind of annoyed that Norman is portrayed as some kind of lame boss, when he has accomplished more shit than most of the recruits have. I mean, come on, the guy is literally a super genius who could easily manipulate this situation to an extreme degree. But, I only read three issues. Apparently, though, someone has stolen his medication and I think it will be awesome if he goes green. I also don't like how Deodato draws him as Tommy Lee Jones.

I think Tommy Lee Jones would be the best Norman ever.

But he's still a crazy badass. He has nanomachines in his blood, and everyone is keeping an eye on him. What do you want him to do? Honestly it's like you're looking for shit to complain about. Plus it's obvious he's going to go full Goblin by the end of the arc.

Oh yeah, I forgot about those nanomachines. I didn't mean to sound like a whiner, it's just that the Goblin is probably my favorite villain, and I really do think he could defeat the situation, seeing as how smart he is. Like I said, I only read three issues.

And you could tell it was going to be that way from the very first issue. The commercial was so classy.
Agreed… he’s one of those characters where the theory was interesting, but without proper execution it would have been L-A-M-E.
Also, are any of the spin off books worth a read?
The one-shots have been...okay. I mean, they're nice enough, but not worth going out of your way.

i haven't read any of them because i don't care about any of the characters on an individual basis. except maybe radioactive man.

How far back do I need to collect in it to get up to speed? Or can I just get the most recent and Wiki the storyline?
it's not that far back.
and yes I know that I'm the only person in the universe who cares about Songbird.
She's like a Rogue you can touch. That's hot.
