Oooo. I like the lighting in that. Is that just from a window? I'm a fan of the really nice darks on the left hand side. I'd love to hear how you did it.
That lighting is actually coming out of my bathroom.
The image was shot in RAW (which is all I ever shoot in) so I changed the color temperature, color saturation, sharpness and contrast and then pulled it into PS where I used some adjustment layers (curves, color balance, brightness/contrast, hue/saturation) and tweaked it until I liked what I ended up with. My eyes are slightly whitened, and a deeper green than normal (you can't see it in that version, but the ginormous PSD I have it's pretty clear.)
The rest is just pure sexuality on my part
Overall it took about an hour to do.
I like the diffused lighting on your manly chest/tie pic there tini. I think the fact that you left just a sliiiight bit of color in your skin (instead of going completely b/w) really helps the blues pop. One thing though... needs more billiards table.
I don't really love my cropping, the only real reason that it's like that is that beneath the crop is like a squished together neck/chin formation that was scary as fuck.
I would guess that the one on our left (your right eye) which is catching the light head-on is closed more due the the amount of light hitting it. The other eye is more dilated due to the lesser amount of light on it.
I like the overall effect in the pic a lot. To nitpick a tiny bit - I wish the crop were a tiny bit higher. I feel like there's a smidgen too much of your cupid's-bow in the frame and our right (your left) eyebrow is cropped a tiny bit too tight.
I think you're missing the point of the 365 captain. It's to get you taking pictures every day of something familiar and trying to make it interesting. If you just want to post random pictures, there's a nifty thread for that.

No I got the point okay, I just don't have the time to take a picture everyday and was trying to get involved with some of the stuff I took when I did have spare time. Humble apologies, it shant happen again.

I haven't been all too happy with my stuff lately, probably since I had been putting it off during the day. But this one I actually like.

JAmp - Do you layer your eyes and mess around with them? There's just something about them in almost all of your photos...
