That's really all I know about SF4 ... but fuck what an awesome cover, almost on par with the Ghostbusters one awhile back.

Also, so much for 1ups highly touted exclusive coverage I guess. Unless it was a timed exclusive, which is actually pretty likely considering the game and how many other outlets are going to want to cover it as well.
Its a cover from 2001 I think just before Xbox 1 launched. So I dont know what the 3RR is for.
